MAY/JUNE 2010

Greetings in the Name our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,

Well, here we are just a few days before going home.  We have had a blessed time with family, visiting churches, and God’s traveling grace.  As most of you know, we are traveling back to Brazil on June 30th.  We covet your prayers as we travel back and as we get engaged back into the work that God has us doing for His honor and His glory.

We would like to take some space here to thank you for all you have done for us in these past 10 months.

We would like to thank the many supporting churches that we were able to visit while here.  It was good to get to know our co-laborer’s better and have a better understanding of how we can pray for them.

We would like to thank the many new churches that we were able to visit and present the work that God is doing in Acre.  It was great to meet these people and see their desire to reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ.  God has been so good to us.  When we arrived here we were at 70%.  God has increased this to 90%, and we are trusting in Him to raise up the remainder that is needed.

As far as traveling goes, we are grateful once again for God’s goodness.  We have traveled a little over 50,000 miles.  We were using a vehicle from BMTM (Baptist Missionary Transportation Ministry) out of Harrisonville, MO.  This is a ministry that Bro. Eric and his family have and what a blessing it is.  We are so thankful that we did not have any car trouble, not even a flat tire.

We would like to thank our home church for their love and support that they have given us also.  We had a great day in the Lord this past Sunday with them as they had special services for our send off.

We would like to thank Don and Mary Bailey (Kelly’s folks) for allowing us to stay in their home while here in the USA.  We had complete liberty to come and go as needed and even use their personal vehicles when needed.  Speaking from a son-in-law’s view, I have the best in-laws in the world.

We would like to remind everyone that from this point on, all snail mail needs to be sent to MWBM P.O. Box 519. Braselton, GA 30517, or to our field address located in the upper left hand corner of this letter.  We also have a Vonage phone now so it will be easier to communicate back and forth.  The number is 706-956-4868.  The cell phone we used will no longer belong to us after we leave so please delete that number (423-402-5127) from your files. Do not forget to check out our website www.brazilianmissions.org or our blog www.doolittlesinacres.blogspot.com.

Once again we would like to thank all of you for making this 10 month furlough a very enjoyable one.  Thank you for your prayers and your financial support.  We look forward to serving till the Lord comes back, and if He tarries, we would love for you to come to Brazil and see firsthand what God is doing.

In His Love,

Stephen, Kelly, Philip, Hannah,

Joshua and Benjamin Doolittle
